Trattoria Welcome to Enzo & Piero Florence

The story of our Trattoria began like any beautiful tale "Once upon a time, a long time ago, in that of Florence". The recently uncovered wooden beans dating back to the 15th century, the red brick arches and the remnants of the tiny staircase in the back suggest some the diverse roles it has played. Emilio Grandini molded it's current part when he opened a simple wine shop in 1931 that, thanks of his wife and her passion for home cooking, grew-successfully. In 1971 two long-time friends, Enzo Marzocchi and Pieri Miniati (joined shortly after by Enzo.s son Massimo) brought to the scene their love for Tuscan heritage and their sociability making it a place for people to meet and exchange conversation, always feeling at home

In our local at the table is served Extra virgin olive oil from Reggello-Florence, produced by the Family Ciulli Company owns S.Gorgone farm. In the kitchen preparing the meals it is only made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. By tradition the restaurant offers fish only Friday and Saturday . Also ask for the specialty that every day we can offer you off the list. Some of our dishes may contain allergens.

Location carina, con tavoli esterni e sala interna...ben accolti da Aldo, cordiale e gentile nello spiegare le specialità del ristorante. Interessante il menù che illustra con foto e racconta la nascita del ristorante con l'albero genealogico della famiglia, ci è piaciuto molto! Ottima la lasagna e i tortelli alla maremmana, così come la tagliata di manzo alla "Massimo". Servizio veloce... Valentina D.
