Our story begins in 1931, when the place was opened for the first time. A few decades later, in 1971, Enzo and Piero took over kicking off activities that is still managed by their successors.
In 1979, Enzo’s son, Massimo, took over the reins of the restaurant while keeping alive the culinary tradition of the place and the values handed down from his father.
In 2004 the children of Massimo, Francesca and Aldo, after detecting the part of Peter, they set out with the parent company to continue the activity. To date, the Trattoria is still family-run, with Aldo in the kitchen and Francesca and Massimo dealing BUSINESS customers.
Aldo and Francesca have received both his diploma at the Institute Alberghiero Buontalenti. Aldo has worked for two years in London with an Italian chef.
